I guess that it shows the lack of information given to the general public. It would seem that folks are just wanting to know what their neighbours house, or the house they used to own sold for,

When I first saw a “For Sale” sign back in 2009, I am thinking it may have been the builder’s own sign if there are no listing records going back that far. As I mentioned, I seem to recall an asking price of $825,000 – if so, then that “desperation score” has to be a lot higher, now. Asking prices in Oracle Heights were all averaging around that mark back then. All the homes there have the most incredible view of the Strait of Georgia and Trail Islands with Vancouver Island off in the distance. Thanks, again.

I believe 2656 W41st Ave now has an HST included price, which accounts for the increased asking price, after it was relisted in October 2012
