    Thanks for making this interesting site. If you could put a bit more info about the properly especially for condos the number of bedrooms etc. would make the prices more meaningful without having to look up the listing.

    The one on Grimmer St. is a new building just completed. The asking price originally seems high. I imagine this is a guy/girl that thought they could flip it after it was built. Just to add to the luster of the listing you have a large car wash across the street and the Legion (nice mature people but usually drunk).
