The Weekly Flop – May 4, 2012

I’m calling this The Weekly Flop as in flip flopping prices but mainly because it rhymes with The Weekly Drop. If you have a better name then let me know! These are the 5 properties that had a price increase this past week and that have gone up by the largest % amount from the properties previous low listing. The last column shows the % increase from the previous low

You’ll notice 3672 W 15th Avenue won both the Weekly Drop and the Weekly Flop this week. They have an open house at $1,990.000 which doesn’t sell so now they arrange private viewings at $2,538,000… Awesome stuff….

    The vendor/agent are trying to be a “little too smart” for thier own good. These kinds of shenanigans have been going on for a couple of years in Richmond. The public is too clever to fall for tricks such as these. When the vendors open their eyes they will discover that the Buyer is way smarter than the seller.

    I would support the author trying to get some TV time on CBC, Global or CTV to get the message out to the average Vancouver guy. You are doing a good job on this blog.
