West Vancouver Spotlight – May 24, 2012

Here are the 10 currently listed properties in West Vancouver that have dropped by the most amount since early March.  Not nearly as bad as Vancouver West in terms of percentages but there can’t be too many places in the world where multiple properties are dropping by $3 million and still not selling…  Also, look at the original prices vs the assessment and you’ll see some highly delusional sellers.

    You could probably get a real British property in the uk for cheaper. Guess the only thing is it rains less there
