    Hard to believe that with a $320k assessed home you could bid -$60k under their $315k asking and they would have easily accepted. This will all crash very hard. This goes to show you that bidding -2% under asking is a horrible mistake. Start with -50% and work your way up towards -20% minimum right now. Later on, cut even deeper when lowballing.
