Langley, Cloverdale and Abbotsford Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  Last month a 19% drop got on the list, this month it is up slightly to 20%

      Glad to do my part in documenting what’s happening. I’m looking forward to this likely crash because I’m much more interested in having my children live somewhere with a real economy, with realistic home prices and quality of life than I am concerned about losing unearned paper profits on a home. It’s going to be tough times coming ahead but I think it needs to happen.

    Again nice work observer. There is a ton of condo inventory in Abby right now. It’s my opinion everyone who could be in is in, or will get in the next couple weeks. After that I have a hard time understanding where the buyers will come from.
