North Vancouver Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  North Vancouver’s top 10 drops require a 15% drop this month up from 14% last month.

    Thought I’d let you know something:

    Before the place at 2888 Panorama Drive was listed at $12,998,000, it was actually originally listed at just around $18,000,000. Go back far enough in MLS history or use the WayBack Machine on a certain North Shore realtor’s website and you’ll see for yourself.

    You’ve got a new winner in the “If I Lost A Million Dollars” category.

      Nice and I actually know of one that beats it. A home in Burnaby which just sold for a little under $10 million last week was originally listed for $25 million a few years ago and most recently listed at $12.95 million!
