It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  As you might expect, Richmond is a bit of a disaster…  To make the top 10 list you need a 23% drop up from 19% last month.  The apartments at 5911 Minoru make the list 3 times…
