Surrey Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  Here are the top 10 droppers among active listings in Surrey not including the South Surrey area which is reported under the White Rock region.  Last month 13% was enough to make the top 10 but this month that increased to a 16% drop.
