Tri-Cities Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  Here are the top 10 price drops (since March) among active listings for Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.  This month the minimum drop to make the list was 17% up from 13% last month.
