Vancouver East Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March and we’ll start again with Vancouver East.  Last time around it took 13% to make the list while  a month later that has been bumped up to 15%.  Interesting that 4 of the top 5 current drops are in Killarney with the other being Champlain Heights, just beside Killarney.
