Vancouver West Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  To crack into the Vancouver West top 10 the property needs a 20% drop, same as last month.  4 of the top 10 are new homes built within the past year.
