It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  To crack into the West Vancouver West top 10 the property needs a 19% drop, up from 15% last month.  7 of the properties on this list originally listed for over 50% above assessment…

    Some of the original asking prices are unbelievable. Nice to see some that are near assessment or less. Maybe the market will slowly correct.
