White Rock Spotlight – June 21, 2012

It has been about a month since the last regional spotlight series and given today is the day the 30 year mortgage elimination was announced I figure it is a good time to take a snapshot of the ten homes that have dropped their listing price by the largest percentage since March.  Some long overdue cracks forming in White Rock where last month a 13% drop got you on the list while this month it took 17%.  I’ve been watching South Surrey for a while and I suspect this will be one of the top 2 or 3 hardest hit regions over the next few years based mainly on delusional expectations from sellers.
