If I Lost a Million Dollars – July 14, 2012

It has been about a month since the last time I showed the list of the properties that have dropped the largest amount in $ since early March.  Back then it took a $1.6 million to make the list and the combined drop of the 10 listings was $23,471,000.  This time around the minimum drop is now $1,601,000 (a gain of a whopping $1,000!) and the total was raised about a million to $24,454,000.

We have just one new property on the list coming in at 10th spot (our first apartment listing) but the #2 entry from last month has taken a commanding lead by dropping close to another million at $3,982,000 overall in price drops which is also a 31% drop from its march price.  The other 8 listings had no change in price or availability
