    It seems that buyers are dreaming if they think they can buy for ~$900k and sell 10 months later for $1.2! The original asking prices were unrealistic to begin with so no wonder they have to come down by 25% at least. It is analogous to retail stores that claim 70% off. They would never get the price used to calculate the 70% off reduction so it doesn’t really count as a reduction.
