Since CMHC has set the benchmark for insurance at $1 million it would be interesting to see a chart of MOI for homes over $1 million from the different regions (West Side, East Side, Burnaby, Richmond, West Van, Surrey, etc) each month as well as a chart measuring how many homes have had asking prices drop below the $1 million mark.
