It’s been a month so once again here are the top 10 properties currently listed in Burnaby with the largest overall drop in asking price since early March

  • It takes a 17% drop to make this top 10, the same as the last 2 months
  • Three properties from South Slope on the top 10
  • 3 of 9 listings are listed below assessment
  • #2 continues to earn the award for the Least Descriptive Description in History with “some view”.  At least they didn’t make a spelling mistake.
  • #9 took the time to say “The Buyer should not rely upon listing information without Buyer independently verifying the information.” so in other words, most of the information in this MLS listing is probably BS!
