  • It now takes a 14% drop to make the top ten list, up from 11% and 9% the last two months
  • Tsawwassen Central and Pebble Hill lead the way with 2 listings each in the top 10
  • Only 2 of 9 listings with assessment information are listed below assessment
  • #5 looks like a flip attempt.  It was purchased for $1.22 million last year, assessed at $1.263 million and asking price has dropped from $1.88 million to $1.58 million.  I’m pretty sure they have a very long way to go…
  • #9 is listed at 25% below assessment
