Delta Spotlight – October 31, 2012

It’s been a month so once again here are the top 10 properties currently listed in Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta with the largest overall drop in asking price since early March.  No comments from me other than any unit sales in the case of a condo for these spotlights because it’s just too time consuming to read through everything when doing 13 spotlights

  • It takes a 15% drop to make this top 10.  Previous 4 months were 14%, 14%, 11% and 9%

    Thx very much for your insights! Can you please review West Van next? Also, if you know the person who had the re.olvius website … can you please encourage that person (assuming they will not get in trouble or be sued) to light it up again!! It was a very, very useful site.

      I do it alphabetically more or less so west van will be near the end so probably Friday

      I don’t know the re.olvius site owner but I agree it is too bad he stopped.

        Tthat site went offline the same week some posters put up the link in the Chinese forums that sell ad spaces to real estate agents.and also promote group-sale of pre-sale condos.
