    Wow, #1 is going to kill values in WV.

    Originally asking more than $1mil over assessment in March, now almost $300g’s below assessment. What a reality check!

    It “almost” seems reasonable for the area?…please don’t destroy me for that comment 😉

    I’ve been always thinking what if these sellers realized the original prices they asked. That’s indeed a dang big fortune to reap.

      Could of, would of, should of….a theme that will be repeated for a while.

      Anyone who sold in the last year or two is laughing and did realize their fortune. Those who have played the leveraging game, and thought it would last forever, are now on the losing end. The outcome is going to be ugly!
