      It’s interesting to see the properties that everybody is interested to see. This batch is maximum down 11%, nothing listed consistantly over 2 years. I guess that it shows the lack of information given to the general public. It would seem that folks are just wanting to know what their neighbours house, or the house they used to own sold for,

    Observer. I suggest putting in a Paypal donation link as a way for people to show their appreciation.
    You can use the money for land title searches/whatever for properties that are of particular interest to you and provide additional information for your followers.
    I am sure many are interested in mortgage details of some properties too.

    (You can always use it to buy coffee of course since more than one person has offered)

    14744 – 14746 GORDON AV, is there anyway this was listed last year and isn’t showing up in your data? Not sure why it wouldn’t, but I know its been on the market since at least last spring. It’s a pretty recognizable place and I’m sure its been on a lot longer. I distinctly remember wondering how this tiny rancher could possibly be a duplex.

    Observer, thank you for the info re: 6220 Mika Rd, Sechelt.

    When I first saw a “For Sale” sign back in 2009, I am thinking it may have been the builder’s own sign if there are no listing records going back that far. As I mentioned, I seem to recall an asking price of $825,000 – if so, then that “desperation score” has to be a lot higher, now. Asking prices in Oracle Heights were all averaging around that mark back then. All the homes there have the most incredible view of the Strait of Georgia and Trail Islands with Vancouver Island off in the distance. Thanks, again.

    I believe 2656 W41st Ave now has an HST included price, which accounts for the increased asking price, after it was relisted in October 2012

    Would love to know what the standalone townhouse at 873 Heritage Blvd, North Vancouver sold for. It was last listed for $513,500 ( a drop from $579k,) and was a foreclosure after the owners couldn’t sell. Also has a $94k special assessment looming. Thanks!
