    # 6 was built in 2011 so the price information prior to that is not relevant.

    #6 descriptions states “a must drive by”. I remember when a drive by was considered a house not worth looking at. Now I guess it has evolved to be a good thing?

    I can’t help noticing that all the metro detached drops are now (with a couple exceptions like 10 and 8) exclusively the domain of the big money shacks. In the past there were some bulldozer specials and post post war bungalows mixed in there, which I always found sad. I don’t feel sad about 1, 2, 3, 5, or 9 at all. Meh.
