    I seem to notice a little more prices are near the assessment or below compared to last few yrs.

    Yeah, Sechelt…we’re #1, we’re #1…LOL.

    I found that little complex listed on a foreclosure website. I had thought to perhaps profile it on VancoverPeak.com but they’re quite ugly inside. I think the developer was in trouble while building them – had to cheap out on the kitchen, etc.

    Too funny. The Sunshine Coast begins and ends this post. Gibsons is in a mess as nothing is moving there. If anyone is interested in the state of real estate on the Sunshine Coast, see my posts in VanPeak.

    Here is one development that will give you a good idea how home values are dropping. Seeing the results for this development was a shocker since this was one the most successful developments on the SC:

    Bernanke’s not tapering yet, stocks are rallying, commodities are higher, bond yields are falling – mortgage rates might drop a bit again. My guess is that this crazy housing market is still alive for a while yet.
