    I am planning to move to Metro Vancouver from Europe this year so I searched through some list of best Canadian realty blogs and found this site, did you know? This actually it helped me a lot and I hope the prices keep the course!

    Today, each CAD$1 will buy you US$0.89 or E$0.65 at best. So, if you waited to ‘cash out and move back’ you will get spanked, hard, twice. Once when you don’t get what you think you should for your overpriced Vancouver spread and the second time when you ask your bank to convert your money for you (ouch!). I still think the main pain will be in 2015, but 2014 should be fun to watch.

    first listing Oct/2006. Building didn’t complete until ’09. Is that data good? Would that be the first attempted assignment flip?
    Also judging from the realtor pictures, odd to move so many books in for a staging, but note the pictures all leaned up rather than mounted on the walls. $516.44 strata!

    Vancouver Price drop, how do you find the price history of these homes. Why is it not transparent to everybody wishing to know the history of the potential homes they buy?
