    #8: Stainless “STEAL” appliances; that would explain why it’s as is where is, at least until the police repossess your appliances.

    10: Empty, pics too bad to see if it has ever been occupied.
    9: Occupied, prob. foreclosure, judging by decor “she” went all out on credit/helocs to furnish for their new dream life together before it all came crashing down. Sad and common once you allow too much easy credit.

    7. No inside pics. Don’t expect much but a slight musty/old cooking smell.
    6: What cheap renderings! Why not just steal some anonymous picture and write “Imagine building this here!” across it?

      #9 is on Cloud 9. The assessment is only $433,000. So if it came down to assessment — just to assessment, which a lot of places are selling below these days — the “price drop” would be 55%.

    Looked up #5 at http://bccondos.net/15152-russell. The place is only 508 square feet — note the description as “luxury executive bachelor suite” with a “built-in Murphy bed.” No surprise it’s not selling even at $40k below assessment. You have to wonder about the future of a lot of these condos.
