    Thanks for your hard work. Really do appreciate this site. You can’t trust what you read in the media regarding the market so it is valuable to have this type of cross section of homes for sale (with sales history) to get a handle of what is really happening. Here is an interesting article from the South China Morning Post. It really explains the strange numbers the real estate board uses in its reporting. Also interesting to see what the Chinese community is thinking about our market locally.
