    #6 is probably in need of a bit of TLC. But no amount of TLC is going to change the fact that it’s in the north-south flight path at YXX

    The prices of higher end SFHs in Richmond are caving.
    A very nice house on Bunting in Westwind was originally listed for 1,428,000 about a month ago and has now been dropped to 1,298,000.

      Surrey/White Rock would be nice. I’m confused since a report states sales are up in Fraser Valley including Surrey. I’ve been following this market and im seeing many Townhouses and condos not selling. I’m also seeing some houses dropping prices before selling or not selling.
