    Astounding the number of million dollar plus houses for sale in Coquitlam. Who would pay that kind of money to live out there? It just illustrates how insane the real estate obsession has become.

    my friend just got a builder to build his house in east vancouver for 260 grand including 30 g for the builder. The house has 2300 sf on 2.5 levels with 1 legal and 1 not. It is your typical van special, hope this helps

    any idea why #2 was hopping around with huge drops and increases?

      Just a guesss here, but I think the first big increase was due to some updates on the home (including secondary suite), while the big drop and move up this spring was a failed attempt to get a bidding war started.
