    Its time for the Ugly House Awards. Number 1 gets my vote. Looks like a transformer’s face half buried into the grass, waiting to jump on the next unsuspecting purchaser – with hidden costs jostling to empty your bank account.

    What is ur outlook for north van property market? It seems people compete for making offer for detached houses. is it a sustain trend? till when?
