    #5 they forgot to mention conveniently located steps away from Union Gospel Mission.
    #4 has a fabulous location adjacent to the Alibi Room restaurant. Don’t worry about the busy railway yard just meters away from your home. In months you won’t even hear the trains.

    The VANCOUVER REALTOR HUNGER INDEX for June 2014 was 48%. How does this compare? The 17-year average for June is 39%. At 48%, the 2014 June VRHI was higher than 8 years and lower than 8 since 1998.
