Recycling Stats – August 12, 2012

Here are the latest stats showing how many new listings are actually recycled listings that had been previously pulled.  The first number for each month shows the number of newly listed properties that are actually recycled and the second number shows what % of “new listings” were actually recycled.

Overall recycling rates have gone from 17.0% in April to 20.2% in May, 24.6% in June, 27.5% in July and now so far in August we’re at 30.5% overall.  West Vancouver is at a quite alarming rate of 47.5% of new listings being recently pulled and relisted properties…

Here are the latest stats showing how many new listings are actually recycled listings that had been previously pulled.  The first number for each month shows the number of newly listed properties that are actually recycled and the second number shows what % of “new listings” were actually recycled.  In the spirit of the olympic games I have awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the top 3 from each month with at least 100 new listings

Overall recycling rates have gone from 17.0% in April to 20.2% in May, 24.6% in June and now 27.5% in July

Recycling Stats – July 10, 2012

Here are the latest stats showing how many new listings are actually recycled listings that had been previously pulled.  In April out of locations with 100 or more new listings the highest was Richmond with 21.4%.  In May 6 locations beat that with the highest being Richmond again with 27.4%.  In June we have a new leader in West Vancouver where more than 1/3 of the new listings are recycled and again 6 regions beat the previously recorded high from May and overall almost 1/4 of all listings are recently pulled and relisted listings.  Now in July we have 3 areas (Richmond, West Vancouver and Port Coquitlam) all above the previous high region in June and the overall recycled listings is now over 28%…

Here are the July number 1/3 into the month.  The first number is the number of recycled listings and the second is the percentage of total new listings that are recycled

Here are the latest stats showing how many new listings are actually recycled listings that had been previously pulled.  In April out of locations with 100 or more new listings the highest was Richmond with 21.4%.  In May 6 locations beat that with the highest being Richmond again with 27.4%.  This month we have a new leader in West Vancouver where more than 1/3 of the new listings are recycled and again 6 regions beat the previously recorded high from May and overall almost 1/4 of all listings are recently pulled and relisted listings…

With yet another record worst month in sales in the books it will be hard to imagine July not continuing this trend

Recycling Stats – June 16, 2012

Update for June Recycling Stats.

Here are the latest stats showing how many new listings are actually recycled listings that had been previously pulled.  In April out of locations with 100 or more new listings the highest was Richmond with 21.4%.  In May 6 locations beat that with the highest being Richmond again with 27.4%.  Five regions are coming in above the previously recorded high and for the 3rd straight month Richmond is at  the top of the list.

I also added in a Total column and you can see a definite trend across the board.
