    “MILLENIUM WATER – The last waterfront community in Vancouver” Lol, I always laughed when I saw that in their advertising. Last waterfront in Vancouver, unless of course you count the upcoming Concord Pacific project right across the water. Or the Concert development directly to the east. Or the huge plot of undeveloped land directly to the west.
